La proprieta’ e’ di un ettaro con piante di ulivo e carrubi, recintata e dotata di cancello di accesso elettrico; intorno alla casa c’e’ un’area verde sostenuta da muri in pietra e terrazze.
The property is one hectare with olive and carob trees, fenced and equipped with an electric access gate; around the house there is a green area supported by stone walls and terraces.

Piante di ulivo, 4 secolari ed altre 60 piante messe a dimora 12/14 anni fa, producono annualmente 700/1000 chili di olive per 100/150 litri di olio extravergine. 
Olive trees, 4 centuries-old and another 60 plants planted 12/14 years ago, annually produce 700/1000 kilos of olives for 100/150 litres of extra virgin olive oil.
